Elio Del Nest – The Natural Air-Filtration Residences


Elio Del Nest的设计旨在通过将建筑和自然景观连接起来,形成城市空气过滤方案来解决特定问题。同时结合城市森林自然模拟的概念,景观设计方案期待为子孙后代创造空气清新的小气候和健康的环境。

The design of Elio Del Nest aims to solve a specific problem by connecting the building and the natural landscape to form an urban air filtration scheme. Combining the concept of natural simulation of the urban forest, the aim of the landscape design is to create a microclimate with clean air and a healthy environment for future generations.

Elio Del Nest位于曼谷高速发展的邦纳地区。作为快速城市化的结果,邦纳面临着空气污染和公共绿地不足等环境问题。该可持续住宅项目提供了具有景观功能的绿色空间,以减少城市扩展、车辆排放和工业活动产生的PM 2.5。

Elio Del Nest is located in Bangna, a fast-growing area of Bangkok. As a result of rapid urbanization, Bonner faces environmental problems such as air pollution and lacking of public green space. The sustainable housing project provides landscaped green Spaces to reduce PM 2.5 generated by urban growth, vehicle emissions and industrial activities.

为响应城市的未来发展,“Elio Del Nest的设计旨在通过将建筑与自然景观连接起来,形成城市空气过滤方案来解决特定问题。同时结合城市森林自然模拟的概念,景观设计方案期待为子孙后代创造空气清新的微气候和健康的环境。 ”

In response to the city’s future development “The design of Elio Del Nest aims to solve a specific problem by connecting the building and the natural landscape to form an urban air filtration scheme. Combining the concept of natural simulation of the urban forest, the aim of the landscape design is to create a microclimate with clean air and a healthy environment for future generations. ”

经研究后,在现场的适当位置采用了空气过滤策略。PM2.5吸收区位于入口广场,用于收集细颗粒物。碳吸收区旨在减少停车场的碳排放。VOCs吸收区设置在北部,以减少附近工业的VOCs排放。

在总体规划设计中,该团队试图通过采用模拟自然的城市森林概念,来为居民和城市创造一个拥有清洁空气并提高人类舒适度的小气候。入口区作为城市热带森林的代表,被原生植被覆盖,补充了森林的丰富性,并加强了植物吸收pm2.5的能力。

After the study, the air-filtration strategy was proposed at an appropriate location on the site. PM2.5 absorption zone is located in the entrance plaza to collecting fine particles. Carbon absorption zone is designed to reduce carbon emissions from parking lots. The VOCs absorption zone is set in the north, in order to reduce the VOCs emissions from nearby industries.
For Masterplan design, the team sought to create a microclimate that provides clean air and improves human comfort by proposing a naturally-simulated urban forest concept for residents and the city. The entrance area, as a representative of the urban tropical forest, is covered with native vegetation, complementing the richness of the forest and enhancing the ability of plants to reduce PM2.5.

整体设计受自然启发。在幸福的城市森林中,鸟类及其栖息地蓬勃发展。因此,景观设计团队以鸟巢作为了设计理念的灵感来源。

Design derives from nature. In a blissful urban forest, birds and their habitats flourish. Therefore, the landscape design team used the Bird's Nest as the inspiration for the concept.

在中心区有一个私人泳池,是森林的肥沃源泉。在这里,居民可以在自然的泳池环境中放松和享受。相互交织的绿色与蓝色空间位于氧气谷。标志性的鸟巢给人一种舒适的感觉,周围环绕着各种本土植物,它们成为洁净空气的保护者。

There is a private pool in the central area, which is the fertile source of the forest. Here, residents can experience relaxation and enjoyment in a natural water environment. The interlocking green and blue Spaces are located in oxygen Valley. The iconic bird's nest provides a sense of comfort, surrounded by a variety of native plants, which act as an air pollution protector.

整个项目的一体化设计,将环境、社区和住宅的生活品质与城市栖息地结合起来,实现了城市生活和自然间的全新融合,由此促成Elio Del Nest 的诞生:模拟自然+空气过滤型住宅。

The integrated design of the whole project integrates the environment, community and residential quality of life with the urban habitat to achieve a new integration between urban life and nature. This design resulted in the creation of Elio Del Nest: Nature Mimicry +Air filtration Residences.
